Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away atsupport@ceoquickbooks.com. This allows us to evaluate the issue and correct any mistakes as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns or offer exchanges if there has been a mistake on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange request, please contact us at support@ceoquickbooks.com. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
