From its clean ceramic body to the delicately sculpted bow-shaped handle, every curve is shaped by skilled hands and refined through multiple stages of craftsmanship.
The process begins with hand-molding the mug’s body, followed by shaping its handle and signature bow. Once partially dried, each element is carefully attached and left to rest for two full days before being hand-painted in a serene olive green and glazed for a luminous finish. A 48-hour kiln firing completes its transformation into a functional work of art.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

What is your return policy?
