License Types
Single User
For individual users or a single workstation.

Permitted Uses
- Install on the authorized number of computers
- Use for legitimate business operations
- Create backups for archival purposes
- Access all licensed features and modules
- Receive software updates during the license period
- Transfer the license between owned computers
License Restrictions
- No redistribution or resale of the license
- Cannot exceed user limits
- No reverse engineering or modification
- Cannot be used for competitive analysis
- No sharing of license keys or activations
- Cannot create derivative works
Installation & Activation
- Install on the number of computers specified in your license (Single User: 1 computer; Multi User: server + clients; Enterprise: per agreement)
- A valid license key and internet connection are required for activation and validation
- Re-activation may be needed after hardware changes; phone activation is available
System Requirements
- Operating system: Windows 10/11 (64-bit) or a compatible server OS; macOS for the Mac edition
- Hardware: 4 GB RAM minimum, 8 GB+ recommended
- Storage: 2.5 GB free disk space minimum
Support
Every license includes installation assistance, basic technical support for 90 days, activation help, knowledge-base access, and email/phone support during business hours.
User Responsibilities
- Maintain regular data backups
- Keep the software updated as recommended
- Ensure your system meets minimum requirements
- Report issues promptly and provide access needed for troubleshooting
- Follow security best practices
Transfers & Termination
Transfers are permitted between computers owned by the license holder, to replacement hardware after failure, and in business acquisition scenarios with proper documentation. Licenses may be terminated for violation of terms, unauthorized distribution, or non-payment.
Compliance & Governing Law
We are an independent seller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized reseller of Intuit Inc. If a license key we deliver does not activate, contact us for a full refund within 30 days. Use of the software is also subject to Intuit’s End User License Agreement, which you accept during installation.

By purchasing and installing software through our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this license agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please contact us immediately.
