Service Overview

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and ENTREPRISE ELALAMY LLC, a Missouri limited liability company trading as CEOQuickBooks. We provide software licenses, installation and setup support, technical assistance and training, data migration services, and license management tools — with secure payment processing, fast delivery and activation, and expert activation support.

User Obligations

Permitted: use the software for legitimate business purposes, comply with license terms, maintain accurate account information, protect your credentials, report security concerns promptly.

Prohibited: sharing or reselling licenses, reverse engineering or modifying software, illegal activities, bypassing security measures, creating unauthorized derivative works.

Payment Terms

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) with no hidden fees
• Payment methods: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, processed securely by Stripe
• An email order confirmation and invoice for every purchase

Intellectual Property

We are an independent seller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized reseller of Intuit Inc. QuickBooks is a registered trademark of Intuit Inc. Use of the software is subject to Intuit’s End User License Agreement, which you accept during installation. We do not claim ownership of the software or its intellectual property; all trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our website content, support materials, and service methodologies are our own intellectual property protected by copyright.

Limitations of Liability

• Liability limited to the amount paid for services
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages; force majeure excluded
• Services provided on an “as is” basis; no warranty on third-party software
• Users are responsible for data backups and meeting system requirements

Termination

You may terminate at any time (written notice recommended; refunds per the refund policy; data export available). We may terminate for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment, with reasonable notice.

Dispute Resolution

1. Direct communication with our support team
2. Escalation to management
3. Mediation through a neutral third party
4. Arbitration as a final resort

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States; any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Jackson County, Missouri.
